Privacy Policy

1. Overview

TIVA Staking is designed to minimize data collection. The Platform does not require accounts, emails, or KYC to use — connecting a wallet is the only interaction required to stake.

2. On-Chain Data

Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, staked amounts, and reward claims are recorded on the BNB Smart Chain public ledger as a natural consequence of blockchain transactions. This data is public, permanent, and not controlled by TIVA Staking.

The public Leaderboard displays wallet addresses and staking activity only — never names, emails, or other personal identifiers.

3. Local Application Data

The Platform may store non-sensitive preferences (such as theme or last-connected wallet type) in your browser's local storage to improve your experience. This data never leaves your device except as required for wallet connection via WalletConnect / Reown AppKit.

4. Third-Party Services

Wallet connections are facilitated by Reown AppKit (WalletConnect). RPC requests to read blockchain data may be routed through third-party RPC providers. These providers may log standard request metadata (such as IP address) according to their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies & Analytics

The Platform does not use third-party advertising trackers. Any analytics used are limited to aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to help improve the product.

6. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet's private keys and seed phrase. TIVA Staking never asks for your seed phrase and will never request it under any circumstance.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be reflected with an updated revision date at the top of this page.
